On Monday, November 23, 2015, PHMSA issued a Final Rule addressing editorial errors, minor regulatory changes and clarity to certain provisions in the Hazardous Materials Regulations. All members are encouraged to review the changes in their entirety for potential impact to your operations or shipping.
These changes become effective December 23, 2015.
